Finding out where our help was most needed within the Bronze Eagle Flying Club was not very difficult once they became our client. Not only did we not recognize the name when we first heard of them, but we had no idea what their group or association did for the local Waco community. Even after searching their name on the internet, only to produce a very primitive and outdated website, I had hardly any of my questions answered.

While learning more about the Bronze Eagle Flying Club, we have come across multiple strengths and weaknesses. Some of which we could fix very easily in a matter of days and some which would need time and effort from multiple people.

Weaknesses:

• Outdated and inefficient website
• No social media
• Contact info is outdated
• Relevant information and event information is not listed
• No change in recruitment techniques of volunteers or donors
